• Understanding the client requirements based on the technical expectations and the project needs.
• Sourcing the resumes based on technology, skill set, experience and education, screening and short-listing the matched one.
• Finding the candidates in Portals like Naukri and sending emails to the candidates.
• Check the candidates Availability, Total Experience and Relevant experience and Notice period.
• Sending the Call letters to Shortlisted Candidates, and follow up the candidates to until they reach the venue.
• Scheduling interviews of the candidates with the client companies.
• Regularly following up with candidates until they complete all the rounds of interview, selection and on boarding (Closer).
• Building good relationships with the candidates and the clients.
• Providing accurate and inspirational information about the company to the candidates.
