I am a cross-disciplinary leader with over 18 years of experience spanning semiconductor manufacturing, operational excellence, competency development, and global wellness leadership. I began my career in advanced semiconductor engineering, specializing in process engineering, process development, yield improvement, New Product Introduction (NPI), Lean Six Sigma, and manufacturing systems across multinational organizations including Fairchild Semiconductor, Finisar Malaysia, Accenture Philippines, and Infineon Technologies Melaka Malaysia.
At Infineon Melaka, I served as Competency Development & Sustenance Senior Manager, reporting directly to the Vice President of Engineering. I led plant-wide workforce capability strategies for engineers and technicians, designing structured proficiency frameworks using the 4Es (Education, Exposure, Experience, Environment) methodology to accelerate technical readiness and organizational performance.
In 2018, I expanded my leadership into the health and human performance space. As Founder and Managing Owner of Glory Jane Health & Wellness Consultancy Services, I have delivered science-backed metabolic health programs to over 700 Filipino professionals and led global wellness challenges impacting more than 5,000 participants worldwide. I am internationally recognized as WILDFIT® Coach of the Year (2023) and Master WILDFIT® Coach of the Year (2024, 2025).
A Licensed Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) Practitioner, Certified Trainer, 7 Habits Facilitator, Breath Coach, and trained Allied Health Coach under the Philippine College of Lifestyle Medicine, I integrate behavioral psychology, lifestyle medicine, and performance optimization.
My work bridges engineering precision with human transformation- developing both high-performing systems and high-performing people.
