Passionate Instrumentation & Control Engineer with over SIXTEEN (16) Years of experience in Detailed Engineering, Front End Engineering Design and Proposals in EPC projects in various Industries such as Oil & Gas Offshore (FPSO/Platforms) and Onshore (Process/Offsite/Utilities), Petrochemical and Water Treatment Plants and possessing knowledge of Industry Design Standards such as ISA/IEC/ASME/ISO/API.

Conversant in handling,

Field Instruments, F&G Devices, Actuated Valves, Relief Devices.
Static Packages – HPU, Chemical Injection Packages.
Rotating Mechanical Packages – Pump Packages.
Procurement Support Activities (RFQ, TQ, TBE)

Experience

Preparation of Instrumentation Basis of Design.
Preparation of Instrumentation and Control Specifications.
P&ID Mechanization.
Preparation of Specifications and Datasheets for Field Instruments, F&G Devices, Actuated Valves, Relief Devices & Instrument Packages.
Preparation/Review of Instrument Index, IO Schedule & Cable Schedule.
Preparation/review of Level Sketches and Co-ordinating with other disciplines for the necessary interface information for the Level instruments.
Perform/Evaluation of Sizing Calculations for Valves, Relief Devices & Instruments.
Review/Comment of System Architecture, Cause & Effect Drawings.
Procurement support activities such as Material Requisition (MR), Technical Queries (TQ), Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) & Vendor Document Review (VDR).
Preparation/Review of Cable Block Diagrams, Instrument Hook up drawings and Installation typical drawings.
Review of Junction Box Loading and Termination drawings & Loop drawings.
Review of Instrument Location Layouts, F&G Devices Location Layouts & Cable Tray/Trench Routing Layouts.
Preparation/Review of Instrument Tagged/Bulk Material Take Off (MTO).
Interface with other disciplines for various design data exchange and other information.
