Communications and Engagement Group, Ministry of Education (Aug 2021 - present)

Senior Officer

• Coordinated with key divisions in MOE to draft COVID-19 Crisis Communications MOE FAQ website and announcements on changes to parents.
• Managed and collaborated with agencies like Health Promotion Board, Singapore Kindness Movement and Ministry of Social and Family Development in creation and publishing of content on Instagram and MOE Parent Kits.
• Designed engagement programmes and conversation cards to engage youths on different topics like Future of Singapore as part of ForwardSG.
• Conceptualised an engagement series, A World Beyond School, and managed interactive digital engagements in brand guidelines, publicity and talking points for panel. Achieved an engagement rate of 37% for the first engagement, the highest of all online sessions in 2023.
• Coordinated with various agencies like ACCESS SG and prepared talking points to support Political Office Holders in events. 
• Engaged key stakeholders like educators, youths, parents through informal chat sessions and engagement materials to consult and garner support for developments in education like the implementation of Full Subject-Based Banding in all Secondary Schools by 2024.
