Grace Liau

I am a Year 2 passionate Finance student studying at National University of Singapore who is looking for internship opportunities that could provide me with a platform for me to learn and develop knowledge in the Finance field. I am open to different Finance related roles as I hope to gain exposure and expand my horizon before developing my interests. I am a driven and responsible individual and a fast learner who can apply what I learned quickly and am ready to take on any challenges. • Resolved independently an average of 120 insurance-related appeals and queries per day from policy holders, distribution representatives and business partners
• Took initiative to delegate tasks and coach 4 new part timers in each responsibility
• Ensured enquiries and requests are responded within 2 business days 
• Received an average of 5 positive customer feedback for excellent customer service per week 

• Organized 8 to 15 appointments with clients for delivery of goods per day 
• Achieved target set by company in the procurement of parts process
• Executed ad-hoc assignments/tasks assigned by the supervisor when required daily
• Initiated to pack the storeroom and extended help to other part-timers for example, checking around 10 computer parts received per day

I am currently pursuing a Bachelors of Business Administration degree, specialising in Finance. I have completed my basic Finance module last semester and currently taking up a module on Financial Markets.
