Worked with J&K Bank in multiple capacities including Core Banking & IT support, Customer services and relationship, loans and advances, Cross-Selling, etc. Some of my duties included-

• Worked in the data center operations to provide IT supports to branches from 2010 to 2012.
• Was transferred to one of strategic branched to handle day-to-day banking needs of strategic customers.
• Was exceptional in managing high net-worth customers (more than 1 million USD) and ensured cross-selling of other banking services. At the same time ensured customers with lower net-worth leverage other banking services including insurance and car loans.
• Assisted the existing customers with their banking needs including account openings & closing, the printing of the passbooks, FD, deposits, and other day-to-day banking needs.
• Reviewed and implemented branch-wide KYC operations.
• Reviewed and ensured operational issues, complaints, and queries are resolved promptly, and satisfactorily.
• Cross and upsell the other banking products credit and debit cards and insurance.
• Worked in the loan and advance department to verifying the loan process and customer documents, KYC, and eligibility for loan approvals.
