Main Responsibilities:
- Support Team to develop communications content and publicity deliverables
- Work with community partners and other government agencies to curate content and organise community outreach initiatives
- Support the curation and management of content for social media and estate publicity
- Support digital media productions and webinars for townhall meetings
- Stakeholder management includes liaising with clients, government agencies, grassroots organisation, town councils, commercial buildings, and private residencesConsultants.
- Organise and plan PR events. Work closely with members of the community to support and organise events to bring awareness to the projects.
- Keep close communication on project updates through circulars, notices, meetings, and through social media
- Report and Work closely with PUB/LTA Community Partnership Managers
- Handle escalated cases and monitor progress to ensure the closure of cases on a timely basis
- Develop Public Relations Program for the project.
- Design contract banners and posters when needed
- Manage 24-hour hotline
- Plan for corporate and project events such as annual D&D and CSR events if any.
- Work closely with Project Director and team.
- Project coordination between all parties
