• Ensuring that procedures and instructions that have been made by the company are carried out according to direction
• Supervising the production process from input to output starting from traceability, stress relief process, CNC program, dimension measurement, bucking process, drift process, ID blasting process, final inspection process (apply grease, tally, visual thread), and coating process to comply with established quality standards.

• Perform sampling product final release before shipment
• Check and review document MDR before submit to customer
• Perform & reporting external inspection for supplier or customer.
• Analyzing every problem to determine the root cause, corrective and preventive action by having meetings involving the related departments
• Proven experience in managing the QMS (based on API Q1 and ISO 9001) in medium to large organizations.
• Create analysis or historical records and product documentation that can be used for future reference
• Communication and accompany with client or third party during inspection
