• Ensure full compliance with safety related business conduct, and ethic policies are adhered to for office and project sites, 
• Conduct daily site safety inspection and enforce compliance on prevailing MOM safety Acts and Regulations and other requirements, assist to attend all issues related to workplace safety, health and environmental control
• Prepared risk assessment and safe work procedure, Conduct induction training to update staff on safety policies and procedures
• Implement, coordinate and deliver safety related training programs, Coordinate and assure compliance with the risk management program
• Maintain and control all safety documentation, Deliver other duties/work scope as assigned by WSH officers, Manage and Administer WSH programs for the project
• Supervise the project WSH function on a construction project or operating facility,
• Direct the issuance of notice on Non-Compliance to contractor/subcontractors found in violation of the WSH rules & regulations, Follow-up to ensure compliance
• Develop and supervise the implementation of project safety action plan in accordance with the WSH manual, applicable local legal regulation and client requirements 
• Assist in all areas of safety planning and incident prevention, Inspect & rectify any unsafe practices and conditions at the worksite
• Administer rectification works and reports for the authorities i.e. MOM NEA
