Hakha Dam Construction Project, Chin State in Myanmar
Analysis of soil dams, including seepage analysis, stress strain analysis (settlement) and slope stability
Conduct field investigations and inspections, monitor field construction and write inspection reports under the supervision of senior staff
Consolidation drilling & grouting work for construction of dam and its appurtenant Structures
Testing of trail grout mix properties by lab grouting apparatus (mud balance, marsh cone funnel, graduated cylinder & vicat needle) and of compressive strength of grout samples, in conformance with the API and ASTM Standard and submission of trail grout mixes report, including proposal of stable grout mix design.
Monitoring on grouting works by digital grout recorder
Maintain the daily, monthly, yearly records of projects
Perform field subsurface investigation and collect soil & rock samples for testing.
Perform soil classification, estimate engineering soil properties and seismic site class.
Analyze slope stability for earth-rock and tailing dams.
Work on materials volume calculation for earth-rock dams.
