I was a part-time/casual Locum Healthcare Assistant @ Vaccination Centres. I am currently working as a part-time Ground Operations Staff of Changi Airport Group.

I had previously completed a six-month Contractual Employment as a Temperature Screening Officer of Ministry of Home Affairs - Singapore Prison Service. I was also previously working in NTUC Fairprice Finest as a Retail Associate (part of their "Contact Tracing Team"《Implementation of Safe Management Measures: SafeEntry App/Scanning NRIC/Safe Distancing/Temperature Screening/Crowd Control, etc》(Contractual Employment).

I had also worked in Singapore's national broadcasting organisation (now known as Mediacorp), as well as a number of multi-national advertising agencies and media-owners, where I acquired vast and varied experience in Customer Services/Sales/Marketing Communications/Public Relations/Research & Planning and Administrative/Logistical roles. I was also in charge of the Children Club for the Youth Executive Commitee in Community Centre.

I had also successfully completed a number of Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) / Employability Skills System (ESS) courses including:

• Certified Service Professional (CSP),
• Communication & Relationship Management (Supervisory),
• Problem Solving & Decision Making (Supervisory) and
• Delivering Service Quality Programme (@ the SQ Centre and Bootcamp).
