HK RESOURCES AND CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD (Mar 2023 - Present)

• Coordinate with stakeholders such as sub-contractors and clients
• Attend site inspections and internal meetings, track changes in construction works and evaluate progress work done. 
• Assist in preparing tender documents
• Utilized Auto CAD to create a 2-D model of public toilet. Utilize MS Office (Word and Excel) to produce weekly progress reports.

  On top of that, I:

• Communicated and worked closely with clients and subcontrators to ensure that clients’ requirements were always fully met.
• Improved work efficiency and reduce tasks completion time by 40%.
