Responsible for all project setup during initial phase
Spear headed the commencement of IOT (Internet of Things) project to control the maintenance schedule of machinery in 2016
Key responsibilities:
Leading outsourced management team in day-to day M&E activities (including vendor management, reviewing and recommending preventive / corrective maintenance, planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance works and future upgrading works when required).
Report directly to the Senior Manager and Deputy Director.
Involved in setting up, conducting corrective and preventive maintenance and, troubleshooting of for all production tools (e.g., wet cleaning and etching, developer, stripper tools).
Conduct training for maintenance personnel & supervisor on machine, process engineering, study.
Spearhead projects assigned for equipment improvement to increase product yield.
Actively participate in any ad-hoc projects and collaborate with other departments (e.g., cost effectiveness, product yield improvement).
Involved in capital and operating budgeting, monitoring cost and expenditure of repair and maintenance works.
Management of equipment budget and purchases; managing and monitoring project schedule, preparing and submission of ROIs, managing claims teams & vendors work schedules, processes and procedures.
Ensure maintenance of production machines (reviewing, developing SOP).
