Conduct proficiency test on physical and responders’ fitness. Ensuring systems are in place, management of property and estates, implementing new solutions for organizational sustainability by streamlining work processes and managing projects from start to end.
Enforce disciplinary regulations to recruits and National Service personnel, mentoring good behavior and work ethics. Reports to Head for Responder Performance Centre, assist in administrative works including but not limited to simulation training, scenario simulation design, conduct simulation training, management of assets, procurement matters, addition and alteration works and managing projects from start to end.
Design and develop curriculum for simulation courses, prepare training aids and conduct simulation training. Reports to Director of Centre for Home Team Simulation Training, staff meetings, coordinate events and assist in administrative matters including but not limited to procurement, logistical support, assets management, scheduling for training and organizing staff welfares.
Manage incidents by properly executing emergency protocols according to response guidelines, lead men in firefighting and hazmat mitigation procedures. Conduct enforcement checks on safety infringement, conduct training on incident management, proficient in firefighting operations and conduct fire drill evacuation exercise for companies.
Actively involved in community engagement projects, sustainability projects and giving talks to members of the public on fire safety.
Plan and manage production timeline, ensuring products are delivered to customers on time and operating machinery when demands are high. Conduct quality control checks, coordinate packaging, storage at warehouse and delivery to customers.
Conduct policing work and enforcement checks and be familiar with laws and regulations, Visit and engage members of public for community engagement programs organized by residents committee.
Serve customers when assistance is required, arranging merchandise, restocking shelves and replenishing items when needed. Assist managers in stock checking and scheduling of manpower.
Specialize in business management, organizational sustainability, digital marketing and research on simulation training.
Specialize in Organizational behavior, leadership, volunteer management and both conventional and non-conventional security threats.
Proficient in using software editing tools like Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier Pro.
