Fresh graduate in Diploma Mechanical Engineering looking to become a highly skilled and hardworking in serving my career. I'm an expert in to prepare and provide support to materials team and companies in providing document to ensure all inspections and non-destructive testing going smoothly as per scheduled. A friendly and independent who able to find solutions to solve problems.

 Perform visual inspection in fabrication for heat exchanger, boilers and tubes vessel

 Familiar with acceptance criteria ASME, ISO and client spec

 Experience and knowledge in performing NDT, NDE method for MPI, DPI, RT, UT in production  Visual inspection any defect on product. Recorded any defect that can be visualize.

 Review the material to be used and inspect the material arrived according by mill certification.

 Practically perform fit-up inspection by measuring root gap, bevel angle as per drawing.

 Sorting, key-in report and documents.

 Able to carry out testing such leak test, hydrostatic test,hardness test,straightness test, factory acceptance test etc

 Assist an Internal rotating inspection system (IRIS)

 Assist welding qualification test (WQT)

 Monitoring welding process, based on welding procedure specification (WPS)

 Ensuring that all equipment, gauges and tools used for inspection are maintained.
