I am a UK trained, BACP registered Counsellor and mental health nurse with 30 years’ experience including working in the UK, Singapore and Australia and continue to be passionate about supporting my clients with their needs. I work with individuals and families to support mental health and supply reflective practice groups to organizations to support their staff to develop professional skills and resilience in the workplace.
