Through my experience I had as a Tester, I have discovered a passion for testing and finding effective solutions to technical problem.

I had done both the user point of view of using internet banking on web and mobile application, and the banking staff point of view of understanding the transaction that came in on system like SAS enterprise guide.

For my time as a Tester, I engaged closely with business stakeholders to understand and document their needs, ensuring the new system or changes added to exiting system to meet these requirements.

Together with the BA or Manager, I did conduct detailed analysis of existing workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring that the future processes were optimized for enhanced operational efficiency.

I did participate in the development and execution of test scripts, and coordinated user acceptance testing to validate system functionality, addressing any issues to refine the system further. I was involved in providing comprehensive support and training to users, ensuring a smooth transition from regular meeting to update them on the risk identified and implementing mitigation strategies Knowing that BA or assistant PM could be one of the stage in this career path of this industry,

I would like continue to grow and learn in this field, and take on new tasks - ones which I haven’t had the chance to tackle in my time as a Tester.

• Creation of Excel files with varies macros to verify that the details in the Policy Illustration align with those produced by the mockup version
• Coordinate with the product and pricing team to identify the requirements they need to assess
