This Project mainly consists of the workflow from voice file creation and ends with the review and approval of the reports by Physicians/HIMs. The workflow starts with the generation of the Voice files, and their availability is verified through the Control application, transcribed through the Cornerstone Corner Stone application, and physicians and Medical Records can review the report immediately using Spheris Clarity Care and Clarity Complete respectively. At that point, the report can be electronically signed off or edited by the dictating physician.
From any Internet-connected PC, physicians and other healthcare providers can access, review and electronically sign-off reports individually or in bulk. After review and approval, the reports are automatically routed based on user preferences and health system business rules. All reports are archived and accessible for viewing at any time.
