• 20 years working experienced in high volume electronic manufacturing industry.
• 8 year experience in the Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE), Supplier Audit & Qualification, process and development 
• 6 year experience in management and leadership field.
• Intensive knowledge on PCBA, SMT, electronic, plastic molding, stamping process, materials, production and test equipment
• Seagate Green Belt Six Sigma trained. 
• Knowledge of Microsoft offices (Words, Excel & Powerpoint), SPC, SAP, APQP, 8D, FMEA,ECN, SCN, PCN, RMA, RoHS, ISO9001, 14001 and IPC 600,610 & 620 requirement.
