Recently graduated from RMIT. I would describe myself as a hand on and discipline individual.
As a recent degree graduate from RMIT, I always have an interest in Human Resources apart from my Supply Chain management knowledge in which I have acquired in school. I am eager to learn and contribute with enthusiasm and hope to develop myself further in the different aspects of humans resources functions.
During my internship and part-time employment duration with different companies , I had the chance to explore into areas of human resources where I supported my manager in the hiring for part-timers and also helped colleagues to make salary calculations such as overtime payments. I was also exposed to HRIS system such as Workday where I assisted co-workers whom were less IT savvy to leave applications, assessing payslips in system.
