I have several years of experience in Reception handling & Facility Management, I am confident in my ability to contribute to the success of any new organization.
My current role as Receptionist cum Facility Coordinator at Cushman & Wakefield Malaysia working for our client, The Walt Disney Company (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of the office’s daily process handling & facility operations. I have successfully managed my contractors, vendors & housekeeping staff for all the while, ensuring that all tasks were completed efficiently and according to established protocols.
One of my core strengths is my ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, such as vendors, contractors, and internal teams. I have a proven track record in negotiating and managing service contracts, resulting in significant cost savings for my previous company. Furthermore, I have a good understanding of building codes and regulations, allowing me to ensure compliance and safety within the facility.
I am organized with good problem-solving skills. I am always seeking opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency, successful in assisting the office cast members in solving their work issues, assisting the office IT department on their technical issues and hardware inventories & also, assisting the regional HR department in general administration works.

Studied in University Malaya and completed Diploma in Operations & administration
