Oversee the reporting and invoicing activities of the department
Arrange sample/document collection from clients
Arrange dispatch of samples to subcontractors
Handle phone calls on general enquiries and re-direct calls to PIC
Reply to clients’ enquiries and follow-up
Attend to walk-in customers
Assist with quotation to clients for routine testing whenever required
Register job orders using the Group sanctioned systems (Oracle)
Assist in typing test reports whenever required
Email completed reports to clients
Assist in collection of COD payment
Issuance of tax invoices to customers and inter/intra debit notes to internal departments
Issuance of unbilled revenue and work in progress reports to Finance for month-end closing
Issuance of Purchasing Orders and perform goods receiving using the Group sanctioned systems (Oracle)
Obtain quotations and price negotiation
Inventory control of stationery and supplies
Perform any other duties as required
Highest Education: GCE ‘O’ Level
