Jeevashinee Nagendrai

Hello, my name is Jeevashinee Nagendrai. I’m an IT Support Engineer with over 5 years of experience in providing technical support and managing IT infrastructures.

Currently, I’m working as an Assistant Team Lead at RahTech Pte Ltd, where I manage and administer various IT services, including M365 admin center, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Azure . I’m also responsible for implementing Intune for device management and overseeing Azure backup and security solutions. My role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth IT operations and providing end-user training and support.

Previously, I worked in various roles, including EUC Engineer, IT Support Engineer, Desktop Engineer, and ERP IT Engineer. These positions have allowed me to develop strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of IT systems and user support. I’ve been involved in projects such as system migrations, hardware refreshes, and policy implementation, which have enhanced my ability to manage and optimize IT infrastructures.

I'm holding a Master’s in Quality Management from Open University Malaysia and a Bachelor’s in Software Engineering from City University Malaysia. My educational background has provided me with a solid foundation in both technical and management aspects of IT.
