I am a Final Year student at the Singapore Management University, pursuing a Bachelor of Social Sciences with a major in Psychology and a second major in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource. I am interested and invested in helping to make our society a more equal and equitable one for people from all communities. I would love to be able to create solutions that drive performance and growth. I value being able to effectively translate business strategies into people plans!
Having had past experiences as a Human Resources intern in Chevron Corporation and Aspire Singapore, I am deeply aware of the importance of the department in the contribution of a business' success. My background as both a Psychology and HR major lends me a unique perpsective when resolving people problems.
