Jermaine Ho

I'm a final year undergraduate student currently pursuing a degree in Social Science with a primary major in Psychology and a second major in Digital Business. I am highly interested in understanding human behavior and how it can be applied in today's digital age. I believe that having knowledge of both psychology and digital business will provide unique insights into how technology and human behavior can coexist.

I am excited to see where this combination of disciplines will take me in the future.

I am a driven and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in psychology and mental health. As a Clinic Intern, I collaborated closely with clinical psychologists to conduct psychological assessments, managed administrative tasks, and created social media content to increase awareness of the clinic's services. Commitment to client confidentiality and adherence to ethical guidelines was evident in my job duties.

As a Research Assistant at Singapore Management University, I performed technical duties for studies, scored data, and worked collaboratively with team members to ensure completeness and accuracy. I attend weekly lab meetings to discuss research findings and provide updates on progress.

As a Student Assistant at the Centre for Research on Successful Ageing (ROSA) in SMU, I demonstrated sensitivity and professionalism while communicating with elderly individuals and their caregivers, as well as collected and managed data for research projects related to successful ageing, and conducted interviews with study participants in English and Mandarin.

Overall, my experiences have honed my analytical and interpersonal skills, and I have a track record of being a reliable and dedicated team member.
