Tax Manager with over 15 years of experience across tax, audit, and finance operations, specialising in corporate tax compliance and advisory across APAC jurisdictions, with earlier experience in GST within the commercial sector. Experienced in group tax reporting, tax compliance management, and handling audits and disputes with the IRAS, as well as advising on cross-border transactions, restructurings, and M&A activities. Strong exposure to regional tax coordination and regulatory developments, including OECD BEPS Pillar Two considerations.

Able to assess tax risks, support business stakeholders with practical solutions, and strengthen tax governance across group structures.

Lead a portfolio of multinational and regional clients across diverse industries, including regional headquarters and Singapore holding entities, acting as the primary advisor on tax compliance and advisory matters
Advise on complex cross-border tax matters including permanent establishment risks, profit repatriation, and regional structuring
Support Merger & Acquisition and restructuring projects, including tax due diligence, deal structuring, and post-deal integration
