• Provide frontline customer service and handle counter registrations, scheduling appointments.
• Collection of payments and basic admin duties, prepare and dispense medication.
• Explain to the patient the treatment they will be receiving prior to the procedure.

• Process of billing transactions under different government schemes.
• Prepare submission of claims under MHCP.

• Supervision, direction & coordination of daily operations in clinic.
• Perform Venipuncture in patient, organize and label the specimens in a safe manner.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of long-range plans.
• Working with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services are provided.
• Registering patients and dispensing of medication, handling general enquiries, basic payment duties, assisting doctors, general administrative duties.
• Develop and improve work processes to create seamless and effective service, improve organisational effectiveness & patient care outcome.
• Monitor control operating expenses, utilization of manpower& review monthly financial performance and variance reports.
• Manage medication, consumables & equipment including ordering, stock taking & general housekeeping.
• Planning and coordinating daily work assignments and operations.
