I have studied courses in data learning techniques, statistics, and predictive modelling. It allows me applied statistical techniques using R to facilitate business strategy. I have taken PwC Coursera Data Analysis Specialization course and DataCamp self learned Python and SQL. My coursework and projects have required me to work with various data visualization and modelling tools, including Tableau and Power BI.
Additionally, I have been involved in various projects during my studies, where I analysed large sets of data and presented insights to stakeholders. For example, I conducted segment profiling analysis and RFM analysis to differentiate customer cluster characteristics and identify target customers.
