Involved in conducting financial due diligence to identify red-flags, creating financial modeling, and perform business valuation for M&A transactions around Asia Pacific.
Conducted in-depth due diligence analysis through processing large data sets, analyzing targets’ financials to identify normalization adjustments (Quality of Earnings and Assets) and assess the reasonableness of purchase multiples (EV/EBITDA) by analysing EBITDA, working capital requirements and net debt, crafted financial forecast and/or performed valuation on targets.
Participated in business development activities including preparing business/project proposals, attending meeting with clients and targets, and helping with client-onboarding.
Worked closely with senior members and partners in Singapore as well as from overseas across Asia and globally.
