• Conducted in-depth due diligence analysis through processing large data sets, analyzing targets’ financials to identify normalization adjustments (Quality of Earnings and Assets) and assess the reasonableness of purchase multiples (EV/EBITDA) by analysing EBITDA, working capital requirements and net debt, crafted financial forecast and/or performed valuation on targets.
