I am the Lead Façade Consultant and Façade Service Leader in Aurecon Singapore, with more than 35 years of design, engineering and project management experience in the construction industry including 25 years in façade industry. I have broad project experience in Singapore, Vietnam, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Philippines.
As design and project manager, I involved in numerous prestigious, complex, and landmark façade projects, such as, UIC Building, 5 Shenton Way, Frasers Tower, Orchard Gateway and Mapletree Business City 2 in Singapore, Wellington Street Mixed Development in Perth, Australia, Indonesia 1 in Jakarta, Grand Marina Saigon (Bason Development), Techcombank Headquarter in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, and Ha Long Marina Hi-Rise Residential Tower in Vietnam. As project manager, I also done two similar integrated resort projects, Hann Casino Resort at Clark Philippines and Alma Resort at Nha Trang Vietnam, which could let me contribute my experiences to your development.
In addition to bringing design and project management skills to the position, I have in-depth knowledge of façade system design, materials, fabrication, and installation. My broad façade design and project management skills and experiences are built from practical hand-on roles as Façade Consultant with Aurecon and Meinhardt, as well as Design Manager with façade specialist contractors, Permasteelisa, Jangho Group and so on. Through more than 25 years of façade practice, my strengths are not only on façade design, project management, but also on facade material, fabrication, procurement, and installation.
My unique education background on both civil structural and architecture enable me always to find best façade system solution to meet both structural and aesthetic requirements. It also enables me to understand developer’s, architects’ as well as structural engineers’ design requirements easily. Through 35 years in construction industrial, it honed my communication skill and enable me to communicate proficiently with consultant, main contractor, façade contractors, suppliers, and manufactures.

Wellington Street Mixed Development, Perth, Australia – The development consists of one 26-storey commercial tower and one 33-storey residential tower with 4-storey of podium on the edge of the Perth CBD. The architect is Woods Bagot. Major Façade systems include varies type of unitized curtain wall, triple volume glass wall, aluminum screen and sunshade, glass skylight, aluminum entrance canopy.
Techcombank Saigon, Vietnam – Project is a 20-storey iconic office building in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The project is designed by world famous architect Foster + Partners. Façade systems include unitized curtain wall, tension cable glass wall, aluminum screen and sunshade, glass skylight, aluminum entrance canopy.
UIC Building, 5 Shenton Way, Singapore – It’s a mixed-use addition to a revitalization plan in singapore’s central business district. two towers sit upon a 7 storey plinth, 23-stories committed to office functions shadowed by a 53-storey vertically-split residential building. sky lobbies and a sky garden punctuate the volumes to provide unobstructed views of the city and ocean while clean air is produced by the native vegetation. Façade systems include honeycomb unitized curtain wall, aluminum sunshade, glass balustrade, glass wall, glass and aluminum canopy, modulized metal screens and etc.
Indonesia 1 Twin Tower, Jakarta – The development consists of two towers over a common podium, with a sky bridge connecting the two towers. proposed development comprises the 64-storey Indonesia-1 North Tower and the 60-storey Indonesia-1 South Tower office and service apartment tower, as well as a three-storey podium that sits on a seven-storey basement. A sky bridge connects the two towers at the 19th storey. Unitised curtain wall encloses both towers, whilst the podium façades and sky bridges are being clad in stone. Two prominent roof crowns top the towers. The use of glass fiber reinforce concrete (GFRC) is proposed for the South Tower crown to create an external screen that shades the apartments behind, whilst the North Tower crown prominently sits on a monumental CS sculptural logo.
Springlight City, Ho Chi Minh, Vietman – A prestigious luxury residential development in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The 200,000 square meter development consists of three 37-story high-rise towers on a three-story retail podium with four levels of underground parking. A sky bridge connects the three towers at the 24th storey. The project architect is Woods Bagot. Façade works include unitized curtain wall, window wall, alum sunshade with ripple profile, glass fin supported glass wall, stone cladding, glass balustrade and alum canopy.
Frasers Tower at Cecil Street, Singapore - Project consists of a 38-storey ‘Grade A’ office tower and a 3-storey podium and roof garden on downtown area. The project Architect is DP Architect. Façade works include unitized and semi-unitized curtain wall with alum sunshade, glass fin and steel post supported glass wall, aluminum cladding, glass, and alum canopy etc.

Sampoerna Strategic Square, Jakarta - The new development is right next to two existing office towers in Sampoerna Strategic Square. The project consists of two new office towers, 36-storey Tower-1 and 63-storey Tower-2 which are joined by a 7 storey podium. The project Architect is RSP Architects. Façade works include unitized curtain wall infilled with stone spandrel panel, glass skylight, glass façade to link bridge, glass and alum canopy etc.
Mapletree Business City II, Singapore - Project is a Grade A Business Park Building which consists of a 30-storey office tower with roof crown and stepped podium with 9, 7 and 6 storeys high and 3 double volumes office at podium block 2. The project Architect is DCA Architects. Façade works include unitized and semi-unitized curtain wall, glass shop front, aluminum cladding, glass and alum canopy and etc.
Capitol, Singapore – A mix developed high-end residential and commercial project located at heart of Singapore CBD area. The project was designed by world famous US Architect Richard Meier & Partners. Project consist of residential tower, retail podium and conservation buildings. Façade works include unitized and stick system curtain walls, shop front, skylight, tension truss system supported glass canopy & etc.
76 Shenton Way Condominium, Singapore – Project consists of 42 storey luxury condominium tower and retail podium. Project architect is DP Architects. Project includes following façade system: unitized curtain walls, window wall, shop front, louver, trellis, canopy etc.
Orchard Gateway, Singapore – Project consist of 20 storey hotel, 12 storey office, 10 storey podium and a glass tube link bridge cross over Orchard Road. The project is designed by world famous Japanese Architect Tange Associates. Façade works include unitized inclined curtain wall, unitized bay window, glass cladding link bridge, point fixed glass wall, glass and alum canopy and etc.
A & A works for Hereen at Orchard, Singapore – Façade works for project are glass wall, inclined glass tube and a 6-storey-high iconic egg-shaped glass shopping space. The 6-meter-high cantilever glass wall is supported by glass fin and spider fitting system.
Central Embassy, Bangkok – 30 storey hotel and 10 storey shopping mall. The facade of the building is composed of a dynamic and fluid three-dimensional array of aluminum shingles. The project was designed by UK Architect Amanda Levete Architects. Façade works include wall system of aluminum shingles, unitized window wall, glass wall, skylight and etc.
The Reflections, Singapore – Project consist of 6 blocks of 24 to 41 storey cured towers with complex geometries, 11 blocks of 6 to 8 storey villas. Façade works include unitized curtain walls, bay windows, bridge glazing, glazed canopies, etc.
Ernst & Young Office Building, Delhi, India – 10 storey “flagship” office building with complex curved, inclined geometry - Façade works include unitized curtain walls, frameless shopfronts, metal roofing, skylight, etc.
Lanco Hills New Town, Hyderabad, India – 2 block of 30 storey luxury condominium. Façade works include unitized and semi-unitized curtainwall, glass wall, alum and stone cladding, glass canopy and etc.
Strait Trading Building --- 28storey office building project include pressure equalized curtain wall, alum cladding, shopfronts, alum canopy, alum trellis and louvers.
Marina Square --- Re-developed shopping complex project include pressure equalized curtain wall, skylight, glass tension truss wall, alum cladding, alum canopy, alum trellis and louvers.
Australian High Commission, Singapore ---Façade refurbishment works to the existing building, which include alum framed stick system curtain wall, windows & doors.
City Square Mall --- Tender design for City Square Mall façade works, including elevations, sections, details of curtainwall, materials list, alum extrusions & its properties.
Raffles Junior College ---11 blocks of school buildings include pressure equalized curtain wall, panelized curtail wall, alum sunshade, opened-joint alum cladding, glass canopy, rotunda, alum trellis, louvers and windows.
UMCI --- Wafer factories include pressure equalized curtain wall, opened-joint alum cladding, alum canopy, windows, louvers etc.
Science Park II --- Science lab building include pressure equalized unitized curtail wall, alum cladding, alum canopy, glass screen, windows, louvers etc.
HDB Center in Toa Payoh Center --- 33-storey office building with bus interchange include pressure equalized unitized curtain wall with vertical or horizontal alum feature fin, alum cladding, glass shop-front, glass & alum canopy, alum and glass windows, louvers, doors and etc.
Ardmore Park Condominium --- Luxurious condominium project include external wall stone cladding, landscape stone finishing, lift lobby, living/dining room and bathroom stone works.
Changi Airport MRT Station-- The project includes external and internal wall stone cladding, platform ceiling & floor stone works.
Costa Del Sol Condominium---The project include stone finishing works at living/dining, bathroom, lift lobby and external landscape area.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs---The project includes internal wall and column stone cladding and floor stone works.
Guilin View Condominium--- The project include stone works at living/dining, bathroom, lift lobby and landscape area.
Ministry of Home Affairs--- Project includes external wall stone cladding which use precast concrete panel system.
Ocean Place---Hotel/ service apartment project at Vietnam, which include external wall stone cladding, main lobby, lift lobby and guestroom room stonework.
