• I used to do build desktop from scratch at a computer DIY shop.

-• Assisted company users with technical support related tasks, providing timely solutions to hardware and software troubleshooting needs.

• Handled L1 tickets of a userbase of 800++. Escalate and follow up with level 2 and level 3 technical support
• Monitor network with network monitoring tool (Datto/Sophos/Acronis RMM) and follow up with CyberSecurity team on any issues.
• Lias with third-party vendors and follow up and escalate, making sure there's a resolution. • Guide and mentor new interns, making sure they understand our company's IT security practices and checklists.
• Installing/troubleshoot and maintaining standard Microsoft desktop applications and OS, accordance and adhering to Internal IT security policy and regulations.

Currently pursuing, CCNA, predicted date to finish, mid January.
