I have twelve years of experience welding on a construction site where I became interested in becoming an inspector. To pursue this goal, I study welding inspection course at TWI and became CSWIP 3.1 certified. I know how to read blueprints accurately and I studied the structures and properties of metals. My experience includes setting up and using welding machines and I know a variety of welding techniques.
I became familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other computer programs used in this profession. I have the ability to inspect the structures visually to look for defects that could pose a problem such as pits or cracks. I also have the training to perform stress tests to make sure the welded joints will hold up under pressure.
I have excellent communication skills with the ability to relay the results of the inspection to the supervisors in charge in a clear, easy to understand fashion. I also have the ability to keep excellent records of all tests run and inspections conducted.
I pay close attention to details and I have the knowledge and experience to ensure that all work meets the specifications, quality and safety standards set forth by the company, the local and international standards. I have the physical strength and stamina to perform the duties associated with this position and I am confident that I am the best person for this job.
I have twelve years working experience as QA / QC Inspector (Welding & Piping) in three different companies which comprises both local and abroad specializing in construction, oil and gas.
I'm college graduate with degree of Bachelor in Science of Civil Engineering
