• Assisted with data cleaning and analysis: Using R and SPSS to generate summary statistics and data visualizations for survey data. Computed scale reliabilities and carried out various tests for hypothesis testing before consolidating all the information into Excel sheets for further analysis
• Supported systemic review process by selecting and critically appraising relevant research, and collecting data for analysis from research articles
• Other responsibilities include backing up of data, transcribing audio interviews/discussions, and checking/proofreading transcripts and other project documents

Credence Winter Internship

• Gained industry and financial knowledge: Risk and cashflow management, and wealth accumulation strategies. Gained insight on various policies and products
• Developed interpersonal communication skills during client simulations. Had to build fast rapport with client and understand their wants and needs before recommending the relevant products
• Certified in M9A, M9, M5, and HI CMFAS papers
• Improved working relationships and team productivity through Enneagram workshop
