Ethical Merchants (NTU Course Capstone Project)

• User Research and Result Analysis, Ideation, Wireframing and Prototyping for web and mobile.
• Collaborated with a multidisciplinary team to improve the UX of the Ethical Merchants website, with a focus on increasing user awareness of site branding and brands offered on the platform.
• Conducted remote user interviews to locate pain points, followed up with wireframing and prototyping for mobile and web

DBS Bank

September 2021-March 2022

• Assisted with Private Bank communications management- designing client journeys while considering relevant data with tools such as Adobe Analytics to iterate better user experiences.
• Synthesized new touchpoints for bank clients across different campaigns through careful gathering and analysis of both internal and external feedback.
