Most recently, I worked as a Guest Service Officer at Mandai Wildlife Group (Bird Paradise). I assisted with ticketing duties and welcomed guests warmly and sincerely. I also answered any queries with regard to their tickets and in-park attractions and facilities.

Most of the time, I helped with the bird shows by managing crowds, making announcements, and clearing the flight paths for the birds. While working at this job, I was required to be stern and firm towards guests who might be indifferent towards the rules. I also had to work under pressure when guests do not follow my instructions and potentially disrupt the bird show by walking in the flight path at the wrong time.

I also have retail experience at Fila. I delivered exemplary service to customers who visit the boutique by assisting them with their queries and offering advice on suitable clothes or accessories to suit their needs. I also supported the team in achieving the sales target by giving my best to ensure the customers are satisfied with their shopping experience.

I offered product recommendations to customers to help them look their best, or pick out the type of clothing they want to purchase for their children. I also provided logistical and administrative aid to senior staff members when necessary.

My highest education as of now is the A-Levels. I am an Arts student who studied mostly History, Economics, Literature, and Mathematics.
