A hands-on, flexible and result proven finance professional with 21 years of accounting and controllership experience in European and US MNCs and Singapore Technology start- up company. Well versed in finance planning and analysis, financial modelling, scenario analysis modelling and simulation and due diligence process with proven track records in bridge fundraising and various term sheets offered for loan and M&A deals. I supported company business expansion such as companies set up and acquisition.

I manage Group consolidation, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, treasury, month end closing and statutory compliance requirement. I have extensive experience in managing legal entities located in China. It includes people management, financial budget & forecast, business contract review, auditor engagement and operation finance etc.

And due diligence, legal contract review, statutory & banking management for business divestment. Besides, I have more than 15 years experiences in well- established manufacturing companies. I had experience in managing group costing in entities located in Singapore, Malaysia, China and Thailand.

I started my career as financial accountant, and expanded the scope to costing, inventory management, controlling, business partnering, budgeting& forecasting, internal control, compliance, capex management and system implementation. I am a self- starter who is highly adaptable in dynamic and fast paced environment.
