Real estate banker with more than 15 years of real estate financing (i.e. non-recourse loans) in major asset classes (offices, residential properties, retail malls, hotels, Purpose-Build Student Accommodation (“PBSA”), Purpose-Build Workers Accommodation (“PBWA”), Build-to- Rent (“BTR”) etc) in different cities (Auckland, Hong Kong, London, Maldives, Melbourne, New York, S’pore, Sydney) as well as lending experience in subscription financing to 内保外贷 to onshore and offshore financing; has strong analytical/ due diligence (research, legal and financial) and credit risk skills; strong interpersonal (spoken and written) abilities
