Justin Tsai

I am a 27 years old Taiwanese who is currently working in Singapore. I am passionate about the Tourism and Hotel Industry and have a Bachelor of Science degree in Travel and Tourism from Ming Chuan University. My diligence and persistence have earned me the Dean's list award several times and graduated with the Distinguished Academic Achievement Award.

I am seeking to be given the opportunity for a Hotel Management Trainee program here in Singapore. My personality is positive, can do, cheerful but also persistent and result oriented and thick skinned. I like to work in a team, but also able to perform as an individual, depending on the task.

At Fendi, I have learned how to equip with a client-centric mindset and utilise the tools and resources to best assist with the client's request. I have also learned how to efficiently communicate with retail team members across the zone to prioritise special requests.

At TDCX, I have become more organised to keep track all the policy of community standard are up-to-date. As the pioneer batch of the project, I have accumulated and nurtured my skill in problem-solving when factoring both quality and productivity.

At Ming Chuan University, I studied my passion field, travel and tourism management, where I got to learn various industries like, hotel, aviation, tourism, hospitality and food and beverage. During my study, I chose to do my internship at a five-star resort hotel, at the The Lalu Sun Moon Lake. Management courses in hotel, restaurant, and service operation have provided me with the knowledge and evoked my great interest to apply the knowledge I learn when I work at a hotel in the future.
