Kan Lau

Kan Lau is an English-language (primary) TV Producer who joined the media industry in 2013 and has experience in various types of shows from dramas to documentaries. Highlights of his career include his contribution to the 3 seasons of Ch5 documentary 'There Was A Time' which went on to win 2 International Awards at the New York Festivals and the Apollo Awards, the Ch5 Tentpole drama 'Lion Moms' which was a finalist at the New York Festivals Awards 2016, and his work on the Ch5 longest running current affairs show 'Talking Point', during which he achieved the all-time high TV rating for the show on an episode about the flu.

• Interviewed various profiles including Ministers
• Scheduled and coordinated with the team of cameramen, soundmen, drone operators to obtain required shots/sound
• Directed various talents/models to achieve desired stylistic shots on-camera
• Scouted for and liaised with various businesses and partners for locations for filming
