Responsible for set up of 25 hectare venue. Management, maintenance, and administration; Source & order supplies, oversee maintenance of equipment and facilities. Liaise with and manage vendors. Manage operation of venue including manage operations team. Later manage wind up of venue after 18 months due to buy-over.
