- Coordinate with ship repair manager and chief engineer regarding repair scopes of each vessel with job of Production side.
- Ensured all workmen are familiar with SDS content and aware of all hazards at the job site.
- Carried out lifting & shifting all kind of electrical/machinery equipment.
- Carried out repairs such as Motor,Generator and Transformer Overhaul on Board Vessel and workshop
- Motor and Generator Testing: ( Surge test, Megger test, Continuity test, Insulation test,no load test)
- Mesurement and certify Explosion Proof Motor
- Supervice HV Motor and Generator Chemical Cleaning
- Installation and comissioning of generator,switchboard,electrical panel,motor various machine onboard ship
- Supervice replace of under water system MGPS, ICCP, REF-CELL,ECOSOUDER, SPEEDLOG
- Supervice replace of Navigation system VHF ANTENA, V-SAT,STIRLINK ANTENA, NAVIGATION LIGHT, X-band , S-band etc
