• Managed the HR Information systems through the documenting and generation of payrolls for 7 instructors. 
• Oversaw the studio operations and was responsible for upholding organization image and quality client relations. 

YMCA (Student Care Mentor)

• Supervised the acquisition and administration of documents for 11 students applying for the student care financial assistance. 
• Facilitated with the assembling of records for 40 students enrolled for audit checks. 
• Organized workshops with external vendors and worked closely with stakeholders to provide a conducive learning experience for the children, parents and school leaders.
