Kazel Tang

Hi, I am a 2nd-year student at Temasek Polytechnic pursuing a diploma in Chemical Engineering. In my course of studies, I have taken modules such as Chemical Thermodynamics, Principles of Inorganic & Physical Chemistry, Principles of Organic Chemistry & Engineering Mathematics.

Since primary school, science has been one of my best and most favoured subjects. Throughout my academic journey, my involvement and enjoyment in lab experiments have reinforced my interest in science and my desire to study it at a higher level. My curiosity-driven personality is the reason for my intense interest in science (particularly Chemistry). I constantly wonder why things are the way they are and about everything else. I find it intriguing how science affects my life and everyone else's in many different ways.

I see science as something I will continue to interact with in the future because I strongly want to pursue a career in it.
