Kenny Liu

Kenny Liu is an accomplished architect, humanist, and futurist with a 22-year career in real estate, design, and technology. A Cornell and HK PolyU graduate, he co-founded CITISPIRE to integrate humanistic technology and ecological reclamation with the built environment. Pursuing a sustainable, community-driven urban future, Kenny has furthered his expertise through MIT coursework, and both a Master and Doctorate from Hong Kong PolyU.

A passionate educator and speaker, Kenny has lectured at institutions such as ULI, TED, and Tsinghua U.

Kenny Liu is a seasoned professional with a 22-year career spanning real estate, design, and technology. As a Cornell and Hong Kong Polytechnic University graduate, Kenny co-founded CITISPIRE, where he currently serves as Director, focusing on integrating humanistic technology and ecological reclamation with the built environment. His prior experience includes serving as a Regional Director at ONG&ONG, where he built an award-winning, multi-disciplinary Asia practice, and at AWP Architects, where he managed and designed for an award-winning China architecture practice and Singapore Data Centers.

A licensed architect in New York, USA, and a LEED AP, Kenny is also a passionate educator and speaker, having lectured at institutions such as ULI, TED, and Tsinghua University.

Kenny Liu holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Media and Entertainment Technology from Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU). He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in International Real and Construction at PolyU, further expanding his expertise in the field. In addition to his formal education, Kenny has completed relevant coursework at MIT, demonstrating his dedication to continuous learning in real estate, design, and technology.
