My name's Kevin Tan. I have a keen interest in Human Resource and I enjoy working with people from different cultures and background.
My previous internship experience allowed me to gain exposure towards regional HR activities. I was challenged to interact with regional colleagues from different cultural backgrounds on a day-to-day basis. From the feedback given to me, I was told that I had portrayed critical thinking and analytical skills, being a cultural-sensitive team player, the initiative to work independently and going beyond what was asked.
I am a fresh graduate from Singapore Management University, majoring in Organizational Behavior Human Resources. My expected graduation will be between May to June 2023.
