• Conducting quality control inspection of the precast units before, during and after casting operation.

• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervision and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractor 
• Full Supervision of concreting activity internal inspection for all activity on the site and working together with TC for helping closure reports for all the HDB,Consultant ,RE audit . 
• Open the NCR Doc and prepare the method of statements (MOS)for all the rectification to the PE,RTO,RE approval.
