Of Chinese and Singaporean origin, I graduated with a degree in Marketing and Management from Peking University (top 1 in China) and am currently the PGE of ESSEC. I am pursuing a double course in Corporate Finance and Luxury Management. I took courses in equity/debt capital market, financial modeling and LBO and M&A.
I have thus acquired solid knowledge in corporate financing, and in particular in PE. I am currently doing an internship at Michel Dyens & Co., an investment bank specializing in luxury and consumer goods. My tasks involve writing teasers, identifying growth opportunities, market studies, analyzing social accounts, researching potential sellers and buyers (Bloomberg, Capital IQ,...).
I have also interned in L Catterton, private equity fund specialised in consumer brands. I am familiar with NDAs, term sheets (structure, price, debt/capital, ADP, convertibles, financial commitments, guarantees, governance, SHA), and data room management (request lists, Q&A). I received an internship offer with Ardian, San Francisco, fund of funds team in 2023.
