Kirthana here. A fresh graduate from SMU with a passion to impact lives positively through my work. I am a optimistic individual who aims to raise awareness on mental health & provide businesses/individuals with the skills to better understand and reach their full potential.
Through my course of university and personal part time jobs, I have worked with many groups of people. I have spearheaded projects as a HR( 25 Holdings) and talent acquisition intern (ByteDance) where I gained leadership and business exposure. I also have worked with children as a private tutor for over 4 years. These experiences have allowed me to learn communication skills, team work skills and problem solving skills.
I have completed my Bachelors degree majoring in Psychology and Human Resources, from Singapore Management University.
