As a Regional Technology Risk Manager at Prudential Insurance Group, your role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and mitigating technology-related risks across the organization's regional operations. You work to ensure that Prudential's technology infrastructure, systems, and data remain secure, compliant with industry regulations, and aligned with business objectives.
In this capacity, you lead regional risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, assess cybersecurity threats, and evaluate third-party risks that could impact the organization. You collaborate closely with IT, business units, and senior leadership to develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies and controls that support business continuity while safeguarding sensitive data and operational efficiency.
Additionally, you oversee the implementation of regional technology risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures, ensuring they are in line with Prudential’s global standards. You also play a key role in driving awareness of risk management best practices across the organization and supporting incident response and recovery efforts when necessary.
Your work ensures that Prudential’s regional technology operations are resilient, compliant, and capable of supporting long-term growth and innovation while minimizing potential risks.
Bachelor in Computer Science and Mathematics.
