• Acted as the transaction banking and wholesale lending subject-matter expert on the programme, engaged specifically for deep product knowledge to guide implementation decisions, client-impact assessments and workflow design across trade finance, money market and lending products.
• Directed agency desk operations for a c. £10B EMEA syndicated-loan portfolio across trade finance, money market loans and debt finance products, working directly with borrower and lender clients on drawdowns, rollovers and facility amendments, and owning cash reconciliation and NPL management across the portfolio; also led Brexit legal-entity migration for a c. £1.5B portfolio and IRHP remediation with direct client outreach to c. 30,000 customers.
